SUPERABRASIVE Inc. offers an affordable high-quality line of router bits engineered to provide a full-edge all-round quality finish. They work equally well on most hand-held router machines available on the market. Similarly to HEXO® System of CNC Router Bits, SUPERABRASIVE's regular router bits also feature 6-steps. This 6-steps metal, brazed and resin bond system is exceptionally efficient in achieving excellent finishing results. Steps 4, 5, and 6 feature a 6mm thick diamond layer, which ensures long tool life. Additionally, our resin bond polishing bits, unlike the competitors' rubber strip polishing bits are very easy to operate. No complications such as mastering the correct use of the highly sensitive and flexible rubber strips bits exist whin working with our bits. We recommend running the first three steps at 4,000RPM and the last three steps at 2,000RPM.
